Milky Oats: Vitamin B complex including folic acid, plus vitamins E, K, A and C, potassium and protein
Nettle: Iron, Calcium, Vitamins A, K, B, C
Red Clover: Vitamin C, calcium, chromium, magnesium, niacin, phosphorus, potassium, thiamine, isoflavones
Rose Hips: Vitamin C, E, K, A, Magnesium, Calcium, Manganese
