Meadowsweet Sitz Bath is an herbal blend that combines organic astringent and soothing herbs with sea salt to create a perfect bath addition for postpartum care.
To use: Pour 1 quart of boiling water over 4-6 Tablespoons of Meadowsweet Sitz Bath. Let sit 2-8 hours, strain, and add to a 4-inch deep bath. After straining, it may also be kept in the refrigerator for future use.
Ingredients: Calendula flowers, Comfrey leaf, Lady’s Mantle leaf, Uva Ursi leaf, Witch Hazel leaf, Yarrow leaf and flower, Sea Salt
